Cleveland Circle Apartment

🌸 Hi everyone! I’m looking for two female-identifying roommates to move into my current apartment on September 1st!

🌸 It’s a 3 bed / 1.5 bath in Cleveland Circle—right on the C line, and a 5 minute walk from both the B and D lines. It’s 10 minutes... to BC via the shuttle, or about a 30 minute walk along the Chestnut Hill Reservoir :) It’s an ideal location for both students and working professionals.

🌸 Rent is $1200/month for the larger room and $1050/month for the smaller room. Utilities (WiFi, gas, electricity) are not included, but we usually pay about $100/month each depending on the season. HVAC and water are included. There are also two parking spots available, plus plenty of street parking. Sadly, no pets are allowed.

🌸 The lease is 12 months (Sept 1–Aug 31). First month, last month, and security deposit required.

🌸 There are lots of stores and places to eat nearby, but it stays quiet in the evenings. As you can see from the photos, the apartment gets a TON of light and is a really beautiful space.

🌸 One of the available bedrooms is slightly bigger, and the other is a bit smaller and doesn’t have a built-in closet. There is additional closet/storage space in the living room that’s currently used for that room. It still fits a full bed and desk comfortably and works well! That room is priced lower at $1050/month.

🌸 A bit about me — I’m graduating from BC this May with a Master’s in Social Work, and I’ll be working as an eating disorder clinician starting in June. I love reading, art, music, cooking, spending time with friends & family, and trying new cafes and restaurants around the city. I’m quiet and clean, and I’m looking for two folks who are tidy, considerate, communicative, and ideally down to be friends as well :)
