Bedroom close to BC campus (5 mins walk)

I am subletting my furnished room for this summer (from June to August). It is very spacious and sunny, and is in a single-family house a 5-minute walk from the Boston College campus. The campus shuttle stop is 3 minutes away and the T (Green Line B)... stop is a 7-minute walk.
The kitchen is fully equipped and has two fridges (with freezers), an oven and a microwave. There are two bathrooms and you also have access to a balcony.
The washing machine and dryer are in the basement.

If you have any questions, would like more photos or a video tour, don't hesitate to ask me! I know it's hard to find good accommodation in the Boston area (I was in the same situation last year haha).
