Beautiful room in house close to campus

I am a single working mom with a teenage daughter who will be a sophomore in college this fall and will be home during school breaks. We live in a two floor apartment in a two-family home. You will have your own (mostly) furnished single room with... kitchen access. You must be honest, reliable, and a good housemate, as well as a nonsmoker, and not a drug user. We have a kosher home and observe Shabbat and other Jewish holidays. Start date is flexible.
