Beautiful bright room in Brighton

This is a charming one-bedroom apartment in Brighton, just a five-minute walk from Chesnut Lakes, offering beautiful nature for running, walking, and biking. It’s a 15-20 minute ride to major universities.

The apartment has high ceilings and views...
of a lovely turn-of-the-century blue house. It’s on the second floor of a building with no elevator. The building is clean and well-maintained, with a gym and laundry room in the basement, as well as indoor bike parking. Your front door key will grant you access to these amenities.

The room is fully furnished with a closet, drawers, a work table and chair, an armchair, and a full-size bed.

I’m an artist who teaches design and travels for work, so you’ll often have the place to yourself. My home is usually quiet and beautifully decorated—a perfect retreat after a long day of work or study.

I’m looking for a mature graduate student, post-grad student, professor, or working professional as a tenant. Please note that the apartment is intended for one person only; social gatherings are not allowed.

I’d be happy to share my home with you. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out.

Looking forward to welcoming you!
