This spacious studio apartment is on the second floor of a classic Boston brownstone, located right in the heart of Coolidge Corner. Catch the MBTA (the “T”) just a few steps from your front door and visit Downtown Boston, Boston Universities,... Longwood Medical, Fenway, Boston Common and more. Just a short walk to restaurants, shops, Trader Joes, Stop and Shop, and Coolidge Corner Movie House. This apartment is very charming at approximately 450 square feet with high ceilings and hardwood floors. It features a queen size bed (extra air mattress upon request), table and chairs, 32” flat-screen television with basic channels, and large windows overlooking the lovely Beacon Street, as well as a large bathroom with a full tub and shower, and a fully-applianced kitchenette with a stove, microwave, and refrigerator. In addition, a Keurig coffee maker, hairdryer, iron/ironing board, and AC window units (for warmer months) are provided to make you feel right at home.
