It's a studio in a shared living house. What that means is that the dining room, living room and kitchen are common areas, they're all cleaned once a week, more if they need. There's laundry in the basement and a bathroom on each floor. Heat, hot... water, electricity included in the rent you really wouldn't have any other living expenses.
