It's a studio in a shared living house. What that means is that the dining room, living room and kitchen are common areas, they're all cleaned once a week, more if they need. There's laundry in the basement and a bathroom on each floor. Heat, hot... water, electricity included in the rent you really wouldn't have any other living expenses. It's a really economical way to stay in the best part of town and have a really convenient living situation. On Marlborough St at Fairfield St in Back Bay part of Boston.
