Available room in a 4-bed, 2-bath apartment, walking distance to shops, restaurants, B and C lines

Our roommate Jason just bought himself an apartment, so we are looking for someone to take over his room in our 4-bed, 2-bath home.

The room will be available as soon as December 15, with the sublet extending through August 31, 2026. There will also...
be a possibility to renew for a 1-year lease beginning on September 1. The cost per month is $1,050 without utilities, which average around $50/month per person.

Some of our favorite features about the apartment:
- In-unit washer and dryer
- Spacious kitchen with a dishwasher, gas range, and lots of counter space
- Cozy backyard space that's perfect during the Spring and Summer
- Chill landlord who is responsive to any issues that (rarely) come up

It's also very well-located; in a peaceful neighborhood but super close to lots of amenities:
- 5-minute walk to the B line, 10-minute walk to the C line.
- 5-minute walk to Whole Foods, CVS
- 10-minute walk from shops/restaurants/bars in downtown Allston and Washington Square
- 15-minute walk to Coolidge Corner
- 15 minutes to BU and 25 minutes to BC via the Green Line

You would be living with a BC PhD student (me), a BU PhD student, and a working professional in TV news. We live busy lives but are all clean, respectful, and friendly with each other. We'd like someone similar but are otherwise open to roommates of any gender identity or sexual orientation.
If you're interested, please reach out with some information about yourself. I'd be happy to answer any questions and/or schedule a tour (in-person or virtual).
