*Avail March 1* 2 Bedroom Apartment across from beautiful park

It's a really spacious 2 bedroom with 3 large closets for ample storage, plus a 4th supply closet. The bedrooms are both large enough for comfortable living, and either could be turned into an office with ease. The apartment is in an ideal location,... just off of Beacon and half way in-between Washington Square and Cleveland Circle. But because you're off Beacon, it's much quieter and you get a beautiful direct view of the Waldstein Park/Playground. The D Train (Green Line) is just a few steps away from the building, making for quick, convenient access to downtown or further West. And the C line is just a 3 minute walk away on Beacon - so you have your pick of the litter for public transit.

It's a pet friendly apartment, with windows on 3 sides of the apartment creating a really bright and light space - great for sun lounging animals and plants. The landlord is incredibly responsive for any maintenance, but the apartment has been largely issue-free in our 4 years living there.

A parking space is also included in the overall cost, in the lot behind the building.
