Apartment on Commonwealth Ave near BC shuttle and green line

The unit has 1 bedroom, 1 common room, 1 bathroom, and 1 kitchen. It is located on the 6th/top floor of the apartment, and the apartment building has an elevator. The unit comes with hardwood floors, central heating, and will be furnished. Laundry is... available in the basement of the building. The unit is smoke-free.

The apartment is about a 23 minute walk from campus, and is right near the BC shuttle and Green Line. It is also right by the Chestnut Hill Reservoir.

The rent is $2500 per month ($1250 per person). The rent includes heat and hot water, but does not include other utilities fees: electricity, gas, or Wifi. I do not know what those specific costs will be yet as my roommate and I still have to figure out which companies we will be using for electricity/gas/Wifi, but in the spring, we would be splitting each of these utilities costs equally.
