Apartment in Brighton

Hi everyone, my name is Justine and I'm 28 years old. I'm currently looking for one person to sublease my bedroom anytime between June through the end August.

The apartment is a beautifully renovated 3rd-floor apartment with stunning views of a... historic church and private school. We're an LBGTQ+ friendly household and our home is well-maintained, clean, and tidy. As roommates, we appreciate our alone time but we're also great friends and love watching reality tv or trying out the local bars/restaurants.

The rent will be $1,400/month plus utilities. We have washer/dryer in unit; parking space is available if you plan on joining the new lease. Additionally, the option to join the upcoming lease is available at $1,600 starting September 2026-2027. All current roommates will not be renewing their lease, so you can choose who you'd like to live with for the upcoming year.
