Apartment close to main campus and a pond

Hi! I am a rising 3L at BC law and my other roommate is graduating BC law this year (working professional). We are looking for ONE roommate to fill the third room in our apartment. Our place is a 3BD/2BA apartment located in Brighton near Chandler... Pond. The monthly rent for the available room is $970 (+ monthly wifi and utilities costs, which are usually $50-80). The new lease would be one year, beginning July 31, 2026.

Additional information about the apartment:
• 5 minute drive to BC Law
• 10-15 minute walk to BC Newton Campus Shuttle stop
• 10 minute walk to BC T stop on the Green line
• Parking available for additional fee + guest parking available
• AC/heater unit, shared laundry room in building
• No pets allowed (apartment policy)
• Security deposit + first month and last month's rent (both are $970)

P.S. personally, the perks of this place: near a beautiful pond, lease that starts earlier (not September which is rare), ample space to park at all times, very friendly and responsive management/landlord etc.
