• Roommates: There... are currently two male roommates, both graduate students in the BC Chemistry Department. The living environment is quiet and harmonious.
• Neighborhood: The room is near Cleveland Circle, with a variety of dining options and convenience stores nearby. Whole Foods and Star Market are easily accessible by walking or taking the Green Line, making daily life very convenient.
• Room Features: The room is furnished with a bed, mattress, desk, and chair. The building has a shared laundry room and dryer, which can be operated via a mobile app. The room is ready to move in with all essential facilities.
• Rent: $1050/month, including utilities (water, electricity, and internet). Rent can be discussed privately.
• Lease Term: Available for move-in starting May 1, 2025, with a lease ending by August 31, 2025. Exact move-in dates are negotiable.
