Apartment, 2 bedroom 1 bath, right next to Coolidge Corner

I'm looking for for a roommate starting September 1st if interested. The apartment is a spacious 2BR 1 BA, individual rent is $1500 ($3k total between us). The room (and apartment) is pre-furnished, but it is up to you if you'd prefer otherwise. Can... show apartment, interview roommate very soon -- looking to renew lease before the brokers sell it off.

I am a a graduate student at BC and am looking for other graduate students or young professionals, ideally. Most other apartments in the area are going for $3.3-$4k.

The apartment is within walking distance of Coolidge Corner (about 5 mins) and a 2 minute walk from the C train (15-20 minutes to downtown). The apartment and bedroom are furnished, the bedroom is sizeable (just under 12' by 16', ~190 sq. ft.) and well sunlit during the day. It's on the 3rd floor of a walk-up unit, and includes 2 hallway closets and a sizeable bedroom closet. Laundry is in building, several grocery stores are within 10 minutes walking distance, and is accessible to the B and C lines and the 66 bus. Internet and electricity split between roommates.
