Affordable Summer Sublet in Brighton Center

Subletting my room in a 4 bed 2 bath near Brighton Center (Academy Hill Rd) for the summer. I've lived here for almost 2 years and loved it!
The bedroom gets great light and you only share the bathroom with one other person.
The unit also has a front... porch, large kitchen, and coin-op laundry in basement.
The other tenants are grad students in Boston and very respectful!
The location is around the corner from Brighton Center on a quiet street. It is very convenient to the 57, 86, 66, and 501 buses. Green line B Chiswick road stop is about a 10 minute walk. Street parking is also super easy.
The dates are somewhat flexible, just ask and we can try to work something out! I am also flexible on furnished/unfurnished/partially furnished. I can also trade you quarters for cash if you feel like that's a pain lol.
