I’ve lived here for 6 years and really love this apartment. I am moving back to Asia for work, so looking for someone to take over my room.

Lease term: After Nov 29, 2025 to Aug 15... , 2026 (flexible start date, can start in December or January). You will sign with the landlord, and the lease can be renewed every year on Aug 15.

This unit meets all the hard-to-find needs I had when I was searching, and it’s especially great people who study or work at BC:
1. Amazing location: 1 minute walk to the BC shuttle stop or 8 minutes walking to campus.
2. Public transit at the door: 1 minute walk to Green Line B, South Street stop.
3. Fully furnished and move-in ready: Queen-size bed and mattress, sofa, dining table and chairs, desk, chair, storage drawers, router, modem, fridge, stove, microwave, air fryer, and more. Typically we would sell the furniture as a full set to the next tenant, so the new tenant does not need to deal with moving or buying furniture. Since I'm subletting, if you start the lease early, I can leave most items for free.
4. Quiet, clean living environment: 2 bed/1 bathroom with no one in the shared living room. Roommate is a female BC Chinese PhD student who is clean, quiet, respectful, and friendly.
5. $1300/month, includes water and heat. No additional broker fee. A small discount may apply for earlier start dates. Coin-operated laundry room in the basement of the adjacent apartment building, accessible with the same key (essentially the same as having laundry in-building).
6. Great surroundings: A small lake behind the building, perfect for walks or runs. The room gets plenty of sunlight and has a nice view.
