$925 Summer Sublet Furnished Room in Brighton | 10 min from T line and BC Shuttle

Hello, I am a PhD student in Economics at Boston College and I’m looking to sublet my room starting June 1st.

The room includes:

- A queen-size bed
- An office desk
- A bookshelf and dresser
- A large walk-in closet, which I will clear out before...
moving out.

Three other roommates live in the apartment —3 men— all of whom are PhD students at Boston College. The rent is $925 per month. The apartment, located at 40 Union St, Brighton (Unit 2), was fully renovated in 2020. It offers a great living space, with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a spacious living room, and a kitchen.

The location is conveniently situated within a 5-10 minute walk from both the BC shuttle stop on Chiswick Road and the Green Line stop on Washington St.
