There is a washer and dryer in the home, an outdoor space, a front porch that is very enjoyable in warm weather, multiple refrigerators and freezers, and a full kitchen.... The room is fully furnished with a full XL bed, desk, personal AC unit, full closet, and wardrobe. The house is a 2-minute walk from the nearest bus to BC's campus and a 5-minute ride at the most from there. It is also perfectly situated near Cleveland Circle and is only an 8-minute walk away. The electric bill is around $40 a month, depending on usage, and the internet is $15 a month with a 2000GB download speed capacity.
