3bed 1bath Looking for 3rd Roommate!

Looking to fill the third room in our 3 bed 1 bath as our former roommate is moving away!

- Flexible move in date between July 1 and Sep 1
- Rent: $1,010/month
- Utilities: In the past year, we’ve had an average of $80/month in utilities....
Water/sewage is included. We pay monthly for heat, electricity, and wifi.
- Location: Brighton, right next to St. Elizabeth’s and a 6 minute walk to Brighton Center.
- Public Transit: 12 minute walk to the Green line (equidistant to Chiswick, Sutherland, and Washington stops). Lots of bus access (57, 66, 86, 65, 501).
- EITHER Common areas fully furnished and kitchen is fully stocked OR The kitchen is fully stocked but our old roommate is taking her couch, coffee table, and dining table so we’d have to acquire those items.
- Accessibility: First floor unit. One set of stairs to access basement. A few steps to access the front door.
- Laundry: FREE, in the basement
- Parking: Allston/Brighton street permit parking- easy to find open spot and no need to move car for street sweeping.
- Guest parking: available on weekends and 6pm-8am weeknights
- Timeline: We’re looking for someone who can sign the lease renewal by mid-March!

Who we are
- We are both grad students, Nicole is graduating from her Masters in Social Work from BC in May and Patricia is a 1st year PA student at BU.
- We are literal grandmas— we love to puzzle, do crosswords, watch tv, read, and be cozy
- We like hosting our friends for dinners/wine nights. This happens about once a month and doesn’t go later than 10 pm because, again, we are elderly women in our 20s

Who we’d love to live with
- Someone cool with living with a couple! We are 3 years in and (if we say so ourselves) very stable (aka no messy breakup roommate drama, ew)
- Someone who would be down to occasionally watch movies/puzzle together, but no pressure to HANG out all the time. easy coexisting is awesome
- Someone very neat and tidy (your room is your business tho)! this is probably the most important criteria for us!
- No pets 😞 we are allergic and the lease doesn’t allow it (sad)
