My roommate and I are both rising 2L's at BC Law, and we have one private room available in a three-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment in Brighton/Cleveland Circle. Kitchen and bathroom are shared.

Duration: Lease will be from Sep 1, 2025- Aug 31, 2026... . We are likely to renew for 2026-2027.

Rent: is $1242/month/room including heating, hot water, and furniture.

Location and transportation: 2 minute walk to C line Cleveland Circle Stop and B line Chestnut Hill Stop. 5 minute walk to D line Reservoir Stop. BC Law and Main campus shuttles pick up/drop-off 100 feet from front door. Restaurants, grocery and dining all within walking distance.
