Spring 2027 sublet available at 29 Undine Rd in Brighton for a spot in a double room in a recently remodeled 6 bed / 3 bath house shared with other Boston College students. Great option for someone studying abroad in the fall or looking for housing... for the spring semester.

The house has updated bathrooms and kitchen, hardwood floors, in-house laundry, high-speed internet access, and plenty of common space. There are 3 bathrooms total, with 2 full showers, which makes living with a larger group much easier. The house also features a balcony and a very spacious backyard that’s great for hanging out, studying outside, or hosting friends.

Located in a great spot just about a 10-minute walk from BC campus, the house is also close to public transportation, restaurants, and grocery stores.

The room is a double, and you would be taking over one spot for the Spring 2027 semester (January through May/early June with some flexibility on dates). Current roommates are social, respectful, and used to living in a larger student house setup.

Utilities are split among roommates and typically average around $60–$90/month, depending on the season.
