22 Crosby Rd Condo

Our condo has all of the amenities one would need, in addition to the stove and over we have an air fryer, toaster microwave and kettle that are all communal (we try to share all utilities). We have a large tv and an xbox, a dinning room, two washers... and two dryers in the basement (shared with the unit below). The basement is unfinished and is where the laundry machines are. The main floor has 4 bed rooms, one full bathroom and the kitchen common room and dining room, one of the 4 rooms (my room, the one that is available to sublet!) has a large balcony. There is a top floor with two more rooms, a day bed, sink and mini fridge, another full bathroom and eves closet storage space.
