22 Crosby Rd Condo

Our condo has all the amenities you would need for a comfortable stay. In addition to a full stove and oven, the kitchen is equipped with a shared air fryer, toaster, microwave, and kettle—we try to keep things communal and convenient. The common... areas include a spacious dining room, a large TV, and an Xbox, making it a great place to relax or socialize.
Laundry is easy with two washers and two dryers located in the basement (shared with the unit below). The basement is unfinished but offers additional storage space, and there is also a garage available for extra storage.
The main floor features four bedrooms, one full bathroom, a kitchen/common area, and the dining room. One of these bedrooms—my room, which is available for sublet—includes access to a large private balcony. The top floor has two additional rooms, a daybed, a sink and mini fridge, another full bathroom, and extra storage space in the eaves closets.
The location is ideal—you can walk to campus in under 10 minutes. The house is currently co-ed.
During the summer, it is expected that there will be only about three occupants in the entire house, making it a quiet and spacious living environment.
