2026 Summer Sublet Single Private Bedroom Close to BC - Negotiable Price

Looking to sublet three bedrooms for the summer!

This is the bottom unit of a triplex with 3 bedrooms total (technically 4 bedrooms but we turned one of them into a living room). Washer and dryer in unit! Right near the South St. T stop and BC... shuttle stop on Comm Ave, and a short walk to BC campus.
We plan to leave our living room, dining area, and one bedroom fully furnished (see pictures).
There's a small backyard and also two parking spots available on the driveway in front of the house ($140/month). Utilities are not included in the monthly price but cheap during the summer ($100-125/month).
