This is a first-floor apartment with one bathroom and three bedroom spaces, two of which are half-sized. I currently have the big room, and so the two smaller rooms can be used by one person. One of the smaller rooms has a closet, but also has the... door out to the patio, and so it is best used as an office space to ensure both tenants have access to the shared outdoor space / back entrance. Our patio also leads directly to the bike rack behind the building. Extra closet in the living room designated for the roommate using the two smaller rooms as well. There is a small kitchen, a living area, and laundry in the basement.
