15 Kirkwood Road Summer Sublets

Great house with super nice and easy to live with girls! The house is located on 15 Kirkwood Road and has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. We are looking to sublet a double room which has two large closets and an on-suite private bathroom to two girls.... House includes a dishwasher, oven microwave, and laundry in the basement. We also have parking spots available. The house is just a five minute walk to the Green Line and a 10-15 mintue walk to campus. The rent is $1,350 a month (can be negotiated) and the water bill is covered by the landlord. Please message me if you are interested!
