Room available in a 3-bedroom apartment at 215 Lake Shore Rd in Brighton (Oak Square). The two current roommates are BC law students. The apartment is on the 57, 57A, 501, and 503 bus lines with easy access to the Mass Pike, and Chandler Pond is... right around the corner. 10 Min walk from T stop.

Location: BC's undergraduate campus is about a two-minute drive (roughly a 15-minute walk via Lake Street), and BC Law's Newton campus is about a five-minute drive.

Term runs 9/1/2026–8/29/2027. Rent is $3,600/month for the full unit, $1,200 per person. Heat and hot water are included in the rent; tenants split electricity. The apartment has a refrigerator and stove, and there is a laundry room on site. Building is non-smoking throughout.

Pets: one of the roommates has a cat, so please keep that in mind if you have allergies.

Parking: two off-street spaces come with the unit and are currently used by the two roommates. Additional parking may be possible but is not guaranteed.

Important: this is not a sublet. The incoming tenant would be added as a named lessee on the existing lease, subject to approval by the property manager. There is a $300 lease processing fee for the tenant change, and new last month's rent and security deposit are required. Message me and I can walk you through it.
