Looking for 1 or 2 roommates to fill a 3 bed, 2 bath Brighton apartment for 9/1 (with potential for early move-in)

For 1 roommate, the cost would be $1800 plus utilities and you would have your own bathroom! The 3rd bedroom could then be a shared... space that could be used as a guest bedroom, office, gym, etc.

For 2 roommates, the cost for each room would be $1,150 plus utilities and you would share a bathroom.

Water and gas are included in the rent so the only extra utilities are internet and electricity.

The apartment is located in a quiet, safe neighborhood not too far from Boston College, within walking distance of the green line and several bus lines. There is access to laundry in the basement as well as a storage unit assigned to the apartment. There is central AC as well as a dishwasher.

The neighborhood has an outdoor pool that is open for use in the summer. There is street parking nearby as well as guest parking.

I appreciate living in a quiet, clean, respectful environment with open communication. I work from home most days of the week so I will be around the house often. I do not often have guests over.
