Wegman's supermarket just across Route 9/Boylston St, along with other shops and restaurants; Star Market and CVS and Walgreens all about .75 mile away. Wifi not included (use data on your phone or set up account with RCN, the room is wired for RCN). Utilities (heat, aircon, electricity): you pay half the bill on a monthly basis. Total utility bill averaged $192 over the past 10 months, but depends on use.
