The apartment is on the 1st floor of a two-family house a few min walk from Boston College, Green Line (B, C, D), Elizabeth's Medical Center. Previously occupied by BC and BU students (international, undergraduate and graduate). Very attentive and responsive landlord. No smoking, no pets please!
