Sunny apartment on quiet street near campus!

Hi everyone!! Our roommate is moving out (she got into med school!) so we are looking for someone to take over her lease starting in early June! Ideally, you would also take over the lease for this upcoming year (Sept 1st 2025 - August 31st 2026)!... Rent is $1050 a month, water is included, and the remaining utilities (heat, wifi, electric) come out to be around $75 a month. We have a washer/dryer unit in the building which we share with one other apartment. While this is a summer sublet, there is an opportunity to renew the lease for the coming year! There is also a free parking spot in our driveway!

We are located in Brighton about 5 minutes from the Green line/Cleveland circle, right near a bus stop), and there are lots of good coffee shops and restaurants around us!

About us: Alex is a nurse from New Hampshire and I am a grad student at BC from Rhode Island! We love movie nights, going out, ice cream, and hanging with friends. We are looking for someone in her early 20s who is tidy/willing to help keep the house clean. Ideally, we would love to be friends with our roommate!
