Spacious living room, ear-in-kitchen; Gleaming hardwood floors throughout; Newer insulated big windows throughout... the entire apartment; Fully applianced kitchen with stainless steel dishwasher, stove, microwave, a lot of counter space & cabines. Nicely tiled bathroom, one on each floor.

Prime location! Walk 5 min to BC Main Campus at Chestnut Hill; short walk to all B-Line T to BU, NEU & Downtown Boston. Walk or jogging along Commonwealth Ave, the Marathon route. Off-street parking available at extra $100/month if needed.
parking with permit on one side, but without permit in front of the building on first come first serve basis; Coin-laundry on the ground level. Heat, hot water electric & internet are all included in the rent; Can be unfurnished or briefly furnished with basic furniture; Available June 1, lease until this Aug 31 or next Aug 31 preferred.
