Room for rent: summer sublet with option to renew lease for the year!

Looking for a subletter who can move in June 11th (can be flexible with move in date) and stay until the lease ends (August 31st) with the option to renew for the year in this large apartment in Brighton Center. The apartment is on the first floor... with a large living room, kitchen, front porch, and guest bathroom. Each room also has its own personal bathroom with a shower (4 full bathrooms in total). Looking for someone who is clean, respectful, and friendly. You would be living with 2 male roommates. They are an engineer and a broker in their twenties who enjoy traveling, music, being active, and cooking!

Details:
- Rent is $1,100 a month (does not include utilities)
- Gas/electric (around $40-50/month) and internet (around $16/month) are separate
- Bedroom has its own full bathroom and closet
- Central air conditioning and heat
- Coin operated laundry and storage space available in the basement

This apartment is in a safe location directly behind a police station in Brighton Center. It is walkable to campus or any public transportation (green line and commuter rail- 15 minute walk, bus lines - 3/4 minute walk)
