Furnished studio cottage with kitchen and bathroom. Available for summer/fall semesters. Quiet and private. Perfect for a grad student or a visiting professor. This cozy, rustic cottage has a queen size bed, sitting area w/smart tv & wifi, a... kitchen, & a bath with a shower. This cottage is a studio with an eat-in kitchen. The cottage has a shared garden area. This property has been an Airbnb offering with great reviews. Parking for one car during winter overnight ban, otherwise, street parking with a pass. There is a laundry room in the main house basement with free use (washer, dryer, ironing board, iron, etc.) This is NOT in Boston but in Newton Ma. 7 miles from Copley Square via Rt. 90 (Mass Turnpike) or local & express buses. It is 1.5 miles from Boston College Law School; within a 10 minute drive to both BC Main Campus and Harvard College (traffic depending). We are on the direct bus line to Boston University (main campus). Express buses go to Copley or the Financial District during rush hours. Not far from the river bike path for those who would like to commute to Boston via bike.
