Bright Room in beautiful home for female tenant, near BC, BU; bus to Harvard and Longwood

This room has a full-size bed, a desk, an office chair, a dresser, a closet, and large windows. It is very comfortable and well-lit. It has two entrances as you can see in the photos. The main bathroom has been recently renovated. The kitchen is... fully equipped and has access to the back entrance of the house.
The bedroom is on the second floor of the house; one more bedroom is rented to BC/BU students or grad students.
Electricity and heat are not included in the monthly rent, which is divided by the tenants and runs approximately $65 to $75 per tenant per month. The house is located on a beautiful, quiet street in Brighton, close to buses 65, 57, 89, and 501.

We welcome inquiries from individuals of diverse backgrounds, including people of color, international academics, women, and individuals of all genders and sexual orientations.

In my home, we prioritize friendliness and mutual respect. Creating a calm and comfortable atmosphere relies on everyone being polite and considerate towards one another, which is something I strive for.
