Hello, I'm a BC graduate student in this nice 3-bedroom unit. My roommate (BU graduate student) and I are looking for a roommate for next year, starting 09/01.

The house is in a safe, quiet neighborhood, only a ~20 min walk to Boston College campus... . Very close walking distance to the 57 and 64 buses, and a longer walk to the 86 bus and the Green Line B (on campus).

Some special features: Big kitchen (w/ dishwasher), study room with natural light, in-unit laundry, parking spot available.

Utilities to pay: internet, electricity, gas heat.
