Furnished Summer Sublet

My roommate and I are looking to sublet for the summer! Our apartment is technically 3 bedrooms, but we made it 2 bedrooms and added a living room. We would be open to leaving our living room furniture if someone wanted to have the same set up that... we do, or we would remove it prior to someone moving in if they wanted to make the unit into 3 bedrooms! We also pay for wifi, and would continue to do so for the duration of the summer. We have to pay for utilities, but during the summer months they're super cheap. The building is right by the South St. T stop, and there's a BC shuttle stop for our street as well, so transportation is super convenient both into the city and to Boston College! Laundry is in the building, which is also super convenient.
